About Camp America:
Since 1969, Camp America has been sending young people from around the world to amazing summer camps across the USA. We’re driven by a passion for travel, cultural exchange, and adventure.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help amplify the Camp America story and inspire future camp staff. Partnering with the Marketing Director, you’ll execute bold campaigns, build brand awareness, and engage our community across platforms. From TikToks to job fairs, you’ll shape how we connect with our audience.
This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with an optional half-hour lunch and a 5 pm finish). Hybrid options may be available after your first year. Some weekend work will be required, particularly around key events and campaign periods.
What You’ll Do:
  • Work alongside our marketing team, including the Social Media Lead, Contacts Lead, Videographer and seasonal staff.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Help develop creative, trend-driven social content.
  • Organize and promote events, from job fairs to info sessions.
  • Design engaging email campaigns and standout social graphics.
  • Manage website updates and engage with our online community.
  • Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Assist with print materials, and creative projects.
  • Occasionally cover social media outside office hours to stay connected with our audience.
What You Bring:
  • Experience in marketing and digital strategies, especially on social media.
  • A marketing degree.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • A knack for creating content that resonates with Gen Z.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Event or campaign management experience.
  • Passion for youth travel and cultural exchange (big bonus if you’re Camp America alumni!).
