Camp Overview
The Berkshire Soccer Academy is an all-girls overnight camp based in East Otis Massachusetts, boasting 120 acres of beautiful Berkshire Hills and a private Lake. We truly are a one of a kind program. We blend world-class coaching with a friendly and inviting traditional camp setting to guide girls to discover their greatness on and off the field through:
Training with Great Women: Our female staff of credentialed and experienced coaches are selected for their teaching skills and ability to connect with young female athletes.
Trying New Things: Our soccer sessions are blended with a full range of elective activities to allow our athletes to relax and recover between sessions, providing our athletes a traditional Summer camp experience
Taking Appropriate Risks: We support families through the challenge of going to your first overnight camp or making the next team up.

Staff Time Off
All staff have 2 hours per day, one night off per week and a 24 hour period off every week. On time off staff can enjoy our facility and programs area's or take trips off site to local towns.
We are equidistant from Boston and New York (2 1/2 Hours), but while we are relatively close, we always recommend staff save these trips for the end of camp, as the travel to and from the city can be tiring and counter productive to relaxing/recovering from the busy work week of camp.
Staff Qualities
Yes we are a soccer camp, but we are SO much more. Whether you are an Avid Soccer player, or whether you are like our Director Paul, and have never played a game in his life, there are many positions that could be a good fit for you.
No matter what position you may look to join us in next summer, all of our staff must have one common interest or passion. To work with kids. We believe when we hire a staff team that share this passion, we inherently create a safe, caring and supportive environment for campers and staff alike to live, have fun and succeed.
