Camp Burton is a small Christian camp located on a small island near Seattle, WA. Camp Burton hosts a variety of faith based and non-religions camps through the summer, as well as programming our own faith-based youth camps.

Staff Time Off
Staff will receive at least 1 one full day off each week. In some cases there may be a break if 2-4 days between camps. While working as a counselor, staff receive approximately 1-2 hours off during the day and 1-2 almost every evening.
Staff Qualities
Flexible - not every camp is the same, duties will vary, housing may change due to program/camp size, etc.
Willingness to participate - Camp Burton is small and all staff must be willing to help in a variety of situations/programs.
Experience with the Christian faith - whether it’s a family connection, program or personal experience, staff must have a general understanding of the Christian faith and be willing to participate in faith-based programming.
