Camp Overview
Camp CONNRI is a Christian, co-ed, residential camp for low-income and underprivileged children ages 7-12 from Connecticut and Rhode Island. We have 6 week-long sessions with up to 150 campers each week. Our camp activities range from swimming, athletics, arts & crafts, nature, pioneering, many different clubs to choose from, and daily devotions. Camp really comes alive in the evening as all the campers join together for evening program whether its singing songs at the campfire circle or making their counselor walk the plank at pirate night! Our main focus is bringing campers into a personal relationship with Jesus as their Savior. We have very high standards for the staff who work at Camp CONNRI! We seek staff who will model a Christian faith as they themselves are stretched throughout the summer, emotionally, socially, physically and spiritually. CONNRI Staff should plan to live the summer in our rustic camp cabins while working with the campers. On weekends our staff are free to explore our region of the country by taking day trips to the many world class cities and attractions near by.

Staff Time Off
Staff have breaks after each session. Most breaks start Friday's around 3pm and staff are free to leave off grounds and don't need to return until Sunday evening around 7 pm.
Staff Qualities
We are looking for mission-oriented staff with a solid religious background. We want the kids to have a safe and fun summer but also to learn about God and want to have a relationship with Jesus. We need staff that can handle the stress that can come with working with kids, long hours, hot days, etc.
