Camp Overview
Camp Highroad is a 620-acre Christian adventure camp located in Middleburg, VA – just over an hour from Washington, D.C., and thirty minutes from Leesburg, VA. We are dedicated to sharing the gospel and to giving each of our summer campers an exciting and Christ-centered experience of fellowship, fun, adventure, and spiritual growth. Campers are divided into age-specific units, where they spend 5 ½ days sharing life together; each unit has two counselors, who lead the unit to participate in a variety of age-appropriate camp activities, Bible studies, great meals and free time. Camp Highroad is open to children regardless of their race, religion, gender, family status, or nationality.

Staff Time Off
All staff are off between 4.30pm Friday to 3pm Sunday, every week. You are welcome to leave camp or stay on camp; typically our local staff will invite non-locals to stay at their homes on the weekends.

Most importantly, we look for people who follow Jesus through a life oriented around God’s teachings. We also want a hard work ethic, a teachable spirit, good interpersonal skills, an enthusiastically positive attitude, and willingness to be flexible.
