Camp Overview
Camp Hopewell is a year-round camp and retreat center of the Presbytery of St. Andrew, Presbyterian Church (USA). We are an ACA (American Camp Association) accredited facility and a PCCCA (Presbyterian Church Camp and Conference Association) member site. We are located in the midst of the Holly Springs National Forest about 5 miles east of Oxford, MS, a beautiful southern college town. We host one week of day camp, 4 weeks of resident camp, a family overnight for those who have a child with Down Syndrome and a week and a half of Type 1 Diabetes camps.

Staff Time Off
Each staff person has a daily 2 hour break, free from camp responsibilities, with the ability to leave camp and go into town. Each weekend, staff have about 24 hours off, and mid-summer, there is a 4-5 day break over the July 4th holiday.
Staff Qualities
Most of our staff are from Northern Mississippi or Western Tennessee, are friendly southerners, and are energetic about working at camp. Most love the outdoors, and enjoy traditional camp activities. We are a Christian camp, and we strive to welcome all and show love to everyone who spends time here.
