Camp Overview
Alaska’s longest running, co-ed overnight camp is nestled along the shores of Kenai Lake in Cooper Landing, a two-hour bus ride from Anchorage. Just a stone’s throw from main camp and your own cabin is a half-mile long beach with access to hiking trails, boating activities, large fields for outdoor games, and an art building.
This 160-acre campus within the Chugach National Forest is “wild Alaska” with everyday opportunities to be off the grid, experience wildlife, and take in the epic beauty right outside your cabin door.

Staff Time Off
Staff work 24 hours a day and live with our campers in their cabins. We generally have 3 staff in each cabin of 16 campers. Staff get at least one 2 hr break a day and have the option of a sleep in or night break they decide with their co-counselors. Camp sessions usually run Sunday-Friday and staff have Saturday off. Some sessions run back to back and staff do not have every Saturday off. During off time, staff get to explore what Alaska has to offer! From fishing, hiking, boating, climbing and more!
Staff Qualities
We look for staff who are very open to a diverse population of campers and co-workers. We want staff who are passionate about the outdoors and like living a simple lifestyle full of fun with our campers.
