Camp Overview
Camp Ledgewood is a Girl Scout Residential Camp located in the heart of Cuyahoga Valley National Park in northeast Ohio. The mission of Girl Scouts is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. We strive to be the premier leadership organization for girls, and experts on their growth and development.
Camp Ledgewood offers a variety of outdoor activities such as archery, riflery, boating, high adventure, horseback riding, hiking, arts and crafts, ziplining, and so much more! We offer a number of offsite trips, taking campers and staff to both local and out of state adventure sites.

Staff Time Off
All staff are scheduled 2 hours off per day when campers are on-site overnight. Staff are given time off in the evenings when campers are not on-site overnight. Staff are to stay on camp property during time off. Staff are given weekends off between resident camp and are usually two nights and one full day. During that time staff may stay on site but are encouraged to visit with other counselors who tend to live locally.

Our ideal staff member is a hardworking, fun counselor who can contribute to our goal of providing girls with the best summer experience ever! We are looking for friendly, caring staff who have experience in the outdoors, feel comfortable leading programs and have experience working with children.
