Camp Overview
Camp Libbey and Camp Whip Poor Will are both rustic Girl Scout Camp properties hosting overnight (sleep-away) camp during the summer season. We serve on average 180 campers a week consisting of girls ranging from ages 6-17. Our sessions are Sunday - Friday with some shorter sessions being Sunday - Tuesday and Wednesday - Friday. There are a variety of themes for sessions such as art, water, adventure challenge, fantasy, outdoor skills and more. Camps Libbey and Whip Poor Will both have a pool, high and low challenge course, archery and throwing hatchet range, and hiking trails too. Camp Whip Poor Will also has a lake where campers participate in canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
The Girl Scout mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
