Army and Navy Academy’s Camp Challenge offers co-eds from around the world, ages 11-18, a summer leadership program that motivate and encourage involvement, accountability, skill development, and personal growth all on our beautiful coastal California campus.

Staff Time Off
Staff schedules allow for "down-time" during the camp day as well as pre-scheduled time off duty when staff can leave campus. Staff will have one evening off per week in addition to one 24 hour period.
Staff Qualities
We are looking for staff who will engage with the campers and be enthusiastic about all activities. Because camper safety and accountability is the number on priority, staff members must be responsible and professional at all times. Staff are responsible for the safety and well being of all campers, and should be prepared for a dynamic with a a good broad based set of skills. For our leadership camps, we are looking for people that have a Military background or experience.
