Camp Overview
Cran-Hill Ranch is a dynamic Christian camp ministry that involves a summer youth camp program, a family campground with over 120 camping sites and programs that involve and engage the whole family. A horsemanship program with over 40 horses weaves through all parts of our programs including in depths horse programs and trail rides for campers and families.

All staff get a full 24 hour period off each week on a rotating basis depending on the weekly schedule and needs of the camp program and operation.
Staff Qualities
We look for staff that love kids, believe in Jesus (and know they don't have to be perfect) have a strong work ethic, and love to serve others. We have a strong value in staff that know that our service is not about us... it's always about others. If you love to serve others and love God our team will be a great fit for you.
