Camp Overview
Tucked away on a peaceful lake on Cape Cod, Camp Mitton provides campers with a sense of safety and belonging. Offering all the traditional camp activities (arts and crafts, swimming, boating, ropes course), but priding itself on the relationships built between the high potential youth and dedicated staff. It is these relationships that keep campers and staff returning to camp year after year.
Serving campers aged 7 to 13, Mitton staff act as role models and mentors to provide campers with experiences and resources that help them discover self-confidence, find their voice, and become members of the next generation of diverse young leaders.

Staff Time Off
We recognise the importance of self-care when working long hours at camp, and try to offer suitable time off to make this possible. Staff receive at least one day off a week, as well as additional days off in between sessions.
Camp Mitton is located on Cape Cod, a popular holiday destination within Massachusetts, which offers a wide array of fabulous beaches and excellent dining options.
Staff Qualities
We are looking for fun, friendly, and hard-working staff who understand the importance of being a good role model and have a genuine interest in making an impact on our camper’s lives.
Working at camp requires high levels of enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a large group setting.
