Camp Overview
Ramapo is a private camp located less than an hour from New York City. Our amazing facility offers our campers and staff a unique opportunity to gain experience in so many unique and traditional camp activities. Our campers typically spend the entire summer with us and this enables our staff to foster meaningful connections with them.

Staff Time Off
We offer a generous time off policy and this will enable you to experience all that New York has to offer. During the week you will have most evenings off. You will also get 1 full day off per week on either a Saturday and Sunday. We encourage you to explore and to make the most of your camp experience.
Staff Qualities
Our minimum age is 21. We are looking for motivated, hard working young leaders who have what it takes to be excellent role models to our campers and thrive in being part of a team. All our international Staff are placed in teaching positions so you should have practical experience in the area you would like to teach at camp. eg. If you want to teach swimming, you should have a personal background in swimming and experience in teaching swimming to others. A lot of our staff have either completed their University degree or are currently studying towards their degree.
