Camp Overview
Our summer adventure programs allow campers to unplug and experience the thrill of life in a natural setting. Trail Blazers is situated on 1000 acres of forested land with a 55 acre lake, minutes from the Appalachian Trail and the Delaware River. Spend your summer taking on outdoor adventures with kids in a rustic and back-to-basics camp setting. Live in a platform tent and become adept at latrine use — if you can use a latrine for 9 weeks, what can’t you do?! Our staff lead multi-day backpacking hikes, biking treks, and canoe trips. They spend time at a working farm or scaling rock walls. They spend time at a working farm and on the ropes course. They cultivate gardens, lead biking and archery activities, and become masters in the woodshop. No matter your role, you’ll end your day around the campfire with co-workers and campers ranging in age from 6 – 16.

Staff Time Off
Staff receive one day off per week, during and/or between camp sessions. Staff also receive time off each day, which they plan in conjunction with their co-working team. About 2 evenings out of every 3, staff are off duty in the evenings, and able to spend time in the staff lounge/away from their camp site. This is in addition to the time off they received that day.
