YMCA Camp Eberhart is a place for EVERYONE! For the past 109 years YMCA Camp Eberhart has been providing outstanding summer camp experiences to youth from the Midwest and all around the world. We believe that when a camper comes to camp they gain responsibility, learn positive moral values and create life-long friendships. We are a progressive and inclusive camp that collectively seeks to make sure campers experience independence, growing and challenging themselves each day. YMCA Camp Eberhart has a number of traditional summer programs including both water-based and land-based activities. We are seeking mature counselors who are willing to go above and beyond to make ever moment special for our campers.

Staff Time Off
YMCA Camp Eberhart staff receive off Friday evening until Sunday at 11am. Staff are required to work one weekend and will receive their equivalent time off during the week. Staff are also given time off during the evenings after camper lights out.

YMCA Camp Eberhart prides itself on hiring mature, responsible and dedicated young adults who have the desire to guide youth through one of the best summer camp experiences of their lives! Our staff team continually goes above and beyond to ensure activities, cabin life and everything is tailored to our campers needs. Sometimes working at camp is challenging and requires a staff team that is flexible, patient, caring and willing to think outside of the box. A summer at YMCA Camp Eberhart is life changing for not only the campers, but our staff as well. We all leave camp a little better than when we arrived and we look forward to you having that experience as well!
