Camp Overview

YMCA Camp Soles is more than just a summer camp. We are a home to a lucky few, and home away from home for many more.

At YMCA Camp Soles we believe in kids. We believe in a child's ability to learn, to teach and to transform. We believe that kids need connections to one another, to the world, to something bigger than themselves and to something real. Camp Soles and the people who work there are exactly what kids need in order to thrive in today's world.

While working at Camp Soles you will have an opportunity to see children flourish under your care… to see yourself grow in such a short period of time … this is the profound change that so many staff members experience. Friendships between staff develop here that are life-long. We are small camp with big fun and a big personality.

YMCA Camp Soles sits on 264 acres of beautiful forests, streams and a private lake. We are a traditional summer camp, complete with a plethora of water, high adventure, nature and arts activities. At Camp Soles we believe that camp is not about the activities, but about the experiences kids and staff have together because of the activities. Kids will try new things, feel a sense of accomplishment, make new friends and find a place where they belong all while camping, hiking, boating, zip lining and much more.
