About the Programme
The Trainee and Intern Programmes give recent graduates and professionals a great way to build skills, soak up American culture and lead at camp. Trainees can spend up to 18 months (12 months for hospitality), while Interns can stay up to 12 months.
As a Trainee or Intern you’ll put your existing knowledge to work and follow a tailored Training Plan, growing your expertise and working in areas like operations, recruitment, hospitality or programme development. By the end of your time at camp, you’ll head home with a whole new set of skills to boost your career!
